Please note that all of our products are custom made-to-order products. We do not hold inventory or stock. Each item is produced once an order has been placed.
It is very important that you read the product description and order carefully. Confirm the correct size and color of the item from the drop-down menus located on the product pages. Each clothing item has a size guide chart located on the product page for reference.
Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns. If you need to make a correction to an order (e.g. change color, size, order count), please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order is not in production yet, we may be able to make the change, but there is no guarantee.
Product Issue & Replacements
If there is a product issue from our end, for example any defects, errors, bad graphics, wrong product, item arrived broken, etc., please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com with a picture of the issue and a replacement item will be sent out free of charge.
US customers have up to 30 days and international customers up to 60 days from order date to contact us for a replacement item.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements for user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, colors, designs, et cetera.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not been sent to production, we may be able to cancel the order. If the order is already in production, we won't be able to edit or cancel it.
It is not within our normal policy to issue refunds as our products are made-to-order, but will do so in some cases. Please contact us within 30 days of the order date to be eligible. We will try to find a solution that works for both of us.
