How can I contact you?

You can contact us at contact@covetedgift.com with any questions, suggestions, or issues you may have. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will do what we can to make things right. 

When will I receive my order?

Please note that our products are custom made-to-order products. We do not hold inventory or stock. Each item is sent to production once an order has been placed.

  • For US Orders - Most items print and ship out in 3-7 business days. Standard shipping time is 3-5 business days from shipment date.
  • For International Orders - Please allow 3-7 business days to print and ship out and 2-6 weeks in transit from the shipping date to arrive. Most items typically arrive in 3 weeks.

How can I track my order?

Once an item has been shipped, an email will be sent with tracking. Tracking may not be available for some countries. 

Where are all the items I ordered? I didn't receive everything. 

Our store has products made and printed from different locations. If you ordered different items (e.g. a tumbler and a t-shirt), then those items will arrive in separate packages and most likely on different days. Please allow more time for the other items to arrive. If several days have passed without receiving the rest of your items, please contact us. 

How do I cancel or make a change to an order?

It is very important that you contact us immediately if a change needs to be made or if you wish to cancel the order. If the order has not been sent to production, we may be able to edit or cancel it. However, once it is in production, we won't be able to cancel or make changes to the order. 

I got the wrong item. How can I get my correct order?

In the event of a wrong item being sent, please contact us at contact@covetedgift.com with a picture of the item. We will check your order to confirm accuracy and if it was a mistake on our end, we will send out the correct order.

We do not offer replacements for user errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, colors, designs, et cetera. It is important that you carefully select the correct size and colors from the drop-down menus on the product pages. 

I received a defective or damaged product. What do I do?

Please contact us at contact@covetedgift.com and send us a picture of the product. We will send out a replacement free of charge. 

Is it possible to exchange for a different size?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process a return or exchange for size as we do not hold any inventory. However, if you wish repurchase the item for a different size, we can give you a discount to help. Please contact us to obtain the discount code. 

Can you make personalized items?

Yes, if there is something that you don't see but would like, please contact us and we will see if we can make it for you.

What is your refund policy?

Because our products are made-to-order, it is not within our normal policy to issue refunds. For more detailed information on returns, replacements, and refunds, please refer to our return and refund policy
