How can I contact you?

When will I receive my order?
All our products are printed to order, just for you. Each item is sent to production once an order has been placed.

How can I track my order?
Once an item has been shipped, an email will be sent with tracking. Tracking may not be available for some countries.
Where are all the items I ordered? I didn't receive everything.
Our store has products made and printed from different locations. If you ordered different types of items, then those items will arrive in separate packages and most likely on different days. If several days have passed without receiving the rest of your items, please contact us.
How do I cancel or make a change to an order?
It is very important that you contact us immediately if a change needs to be made or if you wish to cancel the order. If the order has not been sent to production, we may be able to edit or cancel it. However, once it is in production, we won't be able to cancel or make changes to the order as the printing facilities we use are not set up for these changes.
I got the wrong item. How can I get my correct order?
In the event the wrong item is sent, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the item. We will check your order to confirm accuracy and if it was a mistake on our end, we will send out the correct order.
We do not offer replacements for user errors such as incorrect selection of product options. It is important that you review your order carefully before checking out, especially the shipping address.
I received a defective or damaged product. What do I do?
Please contact us at email@example.com and send us a picture of the product. We will send out a replacement free of charge.
Is it possible to exchange for a different size?
Because each item is made to order and we don't resell any items, we are unable to process a return or exchange for size. However, if you wish to repurchase the item, we can give you a discount to help. Please contact us to obtain the discount code.
Can you make personalized items?
Yes, please reach out to us with any personalization requests or if you would like to see a specific design on another product.
What is your refund policy?
Because our products are made-to-order, it is not within our normal policy to issue refunds. For more detailed information on returns, replacements, and refunds, please refer to our return and refund policy.
